REquipment accepts durable medical equipment (DME) that is gently used and generally less than 3 years old. Equipment should be in good condition or easily repaired. Exceptions may be made with regard to age or condition of the equipment if it is in high demand, of high value or unusual.

During the pandemic we are not allowing drop offs. We will contact you to arrange a no-contact pick up. REquipment encourages donors to arrange to drop off devices (approved for donation) at one of our reuse centers or drop-off locations. Our reuse partner organizations can also pick up devices in their geographical area, but this may take 2 or more weeks due to high demand for this service and limited staffing.
Donors must sign a Donation Receipt Form that confirms they own the DME and have the right to donate it. This will be done electronically or through the mail to preserve a no-contact interaction for safety purposes during the pandemic. We are happy to provide a donation receipt for tax purposes upon request.
Thank you for choosing to reuse your DME!
