It’s Almost Marathon Day – Get Your Free Bob Hall’s REquipment Racers T-Shirt

The Boston Marathon is on Monday, April 20th, and REquipement is thrilled to rally support for our Bank of America Charity Program racers.  Join us to cheer our athletes up Heartbreak Hill.

Our team is running in honor of marathon legend Bob Hall and raising funds to ensure more Massachusetts residents gain access to the durable medical equipment and assistive technology they need.

REquipment CEO Adriana Mallozzi, REquipment staff members, and volunteers from Northeastern University will be giving t-shirts away at the green tent at the crosswalk between Centre Street and Commonwealth Avenue in Newton (use Heartbreak Hill Running Company as landmark). Closest T-stop is Newton Center. Help us build our cheering squad.

Holly Niemczyk: “I am an occupational therapist in home care, and I have witnessed the positive impact REquipment donations have had on many of my patients.” (Bib #31608)

Drew Jemeison: “As a father of a child with autism, this [cause] hits home for me. My son Noah is non-verbal, and by advocating for him, he now has an iPad [he uses to speak].” (Bib #32584)

Shannon Graham: “As a cardiac nurse, I encounter firsthand every day how important it is to support patients in order to bridge the gap of getting home from the hospital safely.” (Bib #32104)

Candice LaPann: “I am running in memory of Sandro Bruni and in support of REquipment, a charity that made a profound difference for a family very close to my heart.” (Bib #31654)

Augusto Lastimosa: “I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of people facing challenges like disabilities, aging, and housing insecurity.” (Bib #26261)

Sophia Mikula: “I will be running in honor of my Uncle Emmett, whose life with cerebral palsy has been greatly supported by the use of assistive medical equipment.” (Bib #31657)

Vicki Garcia: “I’m passionate about supporting REquipment DME and AT Reuse Program, Inc., which provides essential refurbished medical equipment and assistive technology to people in need.” (Bib #33070)

Madison Liebrock: “I work in a lab that helps manufacture medicines for individuals with rare muscular diseases. I want to impact the community more by dedicating myself to fundraising for REquipment.” (Bib #31702)

Sarah Wilkinson: “My goal is to contribute to [REquipment’s] mission, ensuring that everyone can live with greater independence and dignity.” (Bib #31606)

Estelle Chiang: “I am passionate about supporting individuals who face challenges in their daily lives. The Boston Marathon 2026 will also complete my 6th star world major.” (Bib #31609)
