You will be contacted by a staff person within 2 days to discuss pick up options for donations that we have agreed to accept because they meet our donation requirements and you have completed the Online Donation Request Form.
The preferred method is for you to drop off the device at the closest reuse partner or donation drop off site. If that is not possible, we will arrange to have the device picked up. However, due to the number of pick up and deliveries that my take 2-3 weeks to schedule. You will also be required to sign a donation release form.
Once you have selected an item and completed the Online Equipment Request Form you will be contacted by a staff person within 2 days to discuss delivery options.

Fees for delivery may be waived if the individual is not able to pay. Please discuss with the program staff person at the time of selecting pick up and delivery scheduling.
The location to which equipment is delivered must be accessible. Drivers, for their safety, are not allowed to carry heavy items such as power wheelchairs, scooters, lifts, etc. up or down stairs.
